SHIPPING

As our Products are "made to order", items in home goods and loungewear may be shipped up to 4 months after you place an order. Cashmere items have a 5 month lead time. Other items usually have a 4 week lead time. Please note that the estimated shipping time is provided as a guide and may vary in certain circumstances. If you need something faster then the time that we quote on this site, please contact us, when ordering, to see if this would be possible. We value your business and will make every effort that we can in order to accommodate your needs!

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If for some reason you're not, items purchased on the Website may be returned within 30 days from the date of your order if they are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, carry the original labels, and include the receipt and original packaging. Returns will be eligible for exchange or store credit only. No refund shall be issued for these items. You may contact Customer Care for a return and we will be happy to provide a shipping label, free of charge. The only instance that free return shipping does not apply is to pieces of artwork sized 20" by 30" and up. In the instance of returns on these pieces, the buyer is responsible for return shipping and its' related costs. Please note that a restocking fee of 15% may apply to your return.
